ATTENTION CLIENTS: We are making changes on how reservation will be made and paid for!
50% deposit required for all stays will take effect once the new system is up and running. The deposit is non refundable for any cancelation, credit will be given if cancelation is received during our cancelation window.

Charges for boarding are per day. Our day starts at 6:30 pm. This means if you drop off BEFORE 6:30 pm you are charged a full day, pick up day is always a full day charge. We do ask for dogs to be picked up before 6:00 pm, $10 late pick up charge per dog added if pick up after 6:00 pm is needed.

Two-day minimum charge for all non-holiday stays. Three-day minimum charge for all holiday stays. Hours for drop off are by appointment only. Pickup is flexible during our open hours.

REMAINED OF PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF DROP OFF. NO REFUND FOR EARLY PICKUP.

Rates

Pricing is per dog and is based on the size of the dog(s) staying with us. We do not give discounts for multiple dogs. 10% discount given to stays over 30 days.

There are no additional charges for simple medications, group play time (if allowed), walks or night night treats (if your dog has allergies please bring their own treats).

  • Under 29 lbs: $33 per day

  • 30 - 60 lbs: $38 per day

  • 61 - 90 lbs: $43 per day

  • 91 over lbs: $48 per day

Additional Charges

  • $10 holiday* fee added to ALL stays the week of a holiday per dog per holiday (ex. Christmas Eve & Christmas day is $20)

  • $8 per day for dogs who are not fixed or who aren’t able to group play
    **female dogs in heat will not be accepted

  • $8 per day for dogs who soil their cage repeatedly/are not house trained. We understand it may happen once out of nervousness but daily or multiple times a day will require the additional cleaning fee. Fee not applied to the days they keep their house clean

  • Administration of simple medications is not a charge. However, a dog requiring time consuming medication or more then 2 medications per meal may be charged $5 per day to administer. If your dog is on seizure medication, diabetic or on trazadone please call before booking

  • $25 charge for each bite incident to a human if it doesn’t break skin; for all bites that break skin an additional $100 plus medical will be added to stay

  • $100 charge for dogs that have worms. Picture of worms will be sent to owner and dogs will be treated with panacure plus additional $10 per day for remainder of stay. Dog will not be allowed to group play

Cancelation Policy

Deposit forfeited for all cancelations made with 7 or less days notice of the start of stay. Shortening of stay not accepted with less than 7 days notice. Cancelations or changes must be received with 8 or more days noticed to avoid fees and receive credit on account for deposit paid. Any cancelation or change received after 5pm is considered the next day.
