Up to a 50% non refundable deposit maybe required for stays. The deposit is non refundable for any cancelation; credit will be given if cancelation is received during our cancelation window (please review that policy).

As of November 1, 2025 we have a new scheduling system. You will need to click on the Request Stay below and create a profile. Please remember your user name (email address) and password as you will need it to update your vet records, make changes to reservation, request additional reservations, etc.
